Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania gives the public access to many court records, but Mifflin County record access depends on the office and case type. Civil filings and divorce records route to the Prothonotary. Criminal Common Pleas files route to the Clerk of Courts. Traffic, summary, landlord-tenant, and preliminary criminal matters often start with a Magisterial District Judge. Probate, guardianship, adoption, and marriage-license records sit with the Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans' Court. Jail custody information is separate again. We pull those official channels into a county-focused reference.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or office hour is current at the moment you use it
Only the issuing Mifflin County court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal.
